ITG
technicians are fully trained in all aspects of diesel engine design
and operations having completed nationally recognized training to
become ASE certified mechanics for alternate fuels and diesel engines.
Customers
experiencing concerns about their bi-fuel system may phone 24 hours
a day to have technical assistance. If a service visit is required,
ITG will arrange the scheduling, advising the customer in advance
of possible charges. Customers are required to submit names of authorized
persons who may call for regular or emergency service.
PARTS
AND SERVICE
Certain
ITG components require ITG certified service replacement to maintain
proper bi-fuel operation. Non-adjustable parts may be ordered and
installed by any competent mechanic. Any changes to the ITG bi-fuel
system should be preceded with a phone call to the ITG technical
support staff.
BILLING
Any
questions or concerns regarding a nd
other administrative matter may be directed to the ITG home office
in South Florida. Most questions are addressed in ITG’s Standard
Terms and Conditions statement, which accompanies all orders for
bi-fuel conversion or service.
SALES
New
or existing customers may request a personal visit anywhere in the
world to be updated on the latest advancements from ITG. All sales
are approached with a goal to negotiate a project which meets the
needs of the project.
Pricing
and bi-fuel components are established for each situation as required.
ITG realizes that without customer satisfaction, no company can
survive.
