ITG technicians are fully trained in all aspects of diesel engine design and operations having completed nationally recognized training to become ASE certified mechanics for alternate fuels and diesel engines.

Customers experiencing concerns about their bi-fuel system may phone 24 hours a day to have technical assistance. If a service visit is required, ITG will arrange the scheduling, advising the customer in advance of possible charges. Customers are required to submit names of authorized persons who may call for regular or emergency service.

PARTS AND SERVICE

Certain ITG components require ITG certified service replacement to maintain proper bi-fuel operation. Non-adjustable parts may be ordered and installed by any competent mechanic. Any changes to the ITG bi-fuel system should be preceded with a phone call to the ITG technical support staff.

BILLING

Any questions or concerns regarding and other administrative matter may be directed to the ITG home office in South Florida. Most questions are addressed in ITG’s Standard Terms and Conditions statement, which accompanies all orders for bi-fuel conversion or service.

SALES

New or existing customers may request a personal visit anywhere in the world to be updated on the latest advancements from ITG. All sales are approached with a goal to negotiate a project which meets the needs of the project.

Pricing and bi-fuel components are established for each situation as required. ITG realizes that without customer satisfaction, no company can survive.
